Mind & Body
A dedicated sanctuary for inner calm, physical flexibility, and mental clarity — offering yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices for all experience levels.
Our Philosophy
In a world of constant noise and demand, the ability to find stillness is a profound act of self-care. At Vigorentra's Yoga and Mindfulness Studio, we create the conditions for that stillness to emerge — through conscious movement, focused breathing, and guided awareness.
Our approach draws on traditional yogic practices while integrating contemporary mindfulness science. Whether you come for the physical benefits of greater flexibility and strength, or for the psychological relief of reduced anxiety and improved sleep, you will find what you need here.
All classes are led by fully certified yoga teachers (RYT-200 minimum, most RYT-500) with backgrounds in both traditional yoga lineages and modern therapeutic applications.
Why It Matters
Scientific research consistently demonstrates the wide-ranging benefits of yoga and mindfulness for both physical and mental wellbeing.
Regular mindfulness practice lowers cortisol levels and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, creating lasting calm.
Progressive yoga practice systematically increases range of motion, reduces muscular tension, and improves postural alignment.
Evening yoga and breathing practices have been shown to significantly improve sleep onset and depth.
Regular yoga supports heart health, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens immune function through stress reduction.
What We Offer
The foundational form of yoga. Hatha classes focus on static postures, alignment, and breath-body connection. Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a gentle, centred practice.
Dynamic, flowing sequences that synchronise movement with breath. Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. Energising and creative classes that change weekly.
Slow-paced, deeply restorative yoga with long-held postures targeting connective tissues. Ideal for stress relief, improved flexibility, and mindful unwinding. Perfect after intense training days.
A structured, rigorous form of yoga following a fixed sequence of postures linked by breath. Builds significant strength, stamina, and mental focus. For those ready to deepen their practice.
Dedicated sessions exploring the science and art of conscious breathing — from calming Nadi Shodhana to energising Kapalabhati and trauma-informed breathwork techniques.
Instructor-led meditation sessions using mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, body scans, loving-kindness practices, and visualisation for profound relaxation and clarity.

FAQ
Not at all — this is one of the most common misconceptions about yoga. Flexibility is a result of yoga practice, not a prerequisite. Our beginner classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Comfortable, breathable clothing is all you need. Yoga mats, blocks, belts, and bolsters are all provided in our studio. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your first class.
Yes, with appropriate modifications. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions before class. Our teachers are trained to offer modifications and will ensure your practice is safe and beneficial.
Absolutely — and many of our members do. Yoga complements strength and endurance training beautifully, aiding recovery, improving mobility, and developing the mental focus that elevates all athletic performance.
